Yes. Vado uses official wa.me links to connect customers with you on WhatsApp, while your Vado Page or Store only displays the information you choose to make public. Setup takes minutes, and no coding skills are required. If you can use WhatsApp, you can create, manage, and update your online presence.
How do payments work, and do customers need to save my phone number?
Customers do not need to save your number to view your Vado Page or Store. They simply click your link and can chat with you instantly on WhatsApp. For payments, you can add OPay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Monnify payment links, or your bank transfer details, so customers can pay you directly.
Is Vado free, and can I upgrade or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Everyone gets a free forever Starter plan with no hidden Vado fees. You can upgrade to Pro or Business anytime from your dashboard for additional features such as more products, payments, storage, and custom domains. You can also cancel anytime with no lock-in.
